Fashion on a Budget
We all know about the credit crunch, so buying fashion on a budget can sometimes be challenging. If you’re a follower of high fashion but you’re wallet can’t stretch that far, it’s sometimes becomes really frustrating. Buying fashion on a budget is something all of us look to do, as trends and our appearance changes at a rapid rate. Today we’re going to be looking at some top tips to buy them garments you want, without breaking the bank.
1) eBay and Charity Shops – Defiantly my favourite, you can find some right bargains on eBay and by visiting charity shops. High end designer wear can easily be found and bought for a tiny fraction of the original RRP. The vintage trend is also very popular this season, and buying from eBay or Charity Shops can really also help you achieve the vintage trend. Other options are to attend boot sales or thrift stores.
2) Head away from Designer – It’s going to be a hard thing to do, but a designer label is going to have a designer price tag. Opt for cheaper end high street stores which offer a collection of high end designer influenced garments. Ok, they’re not the real thing, but when our budget doesn’t exceed to buy the real thing buying from high street stores at affordable prices is an acceptable thing to do. The quality and in house designs are a lot better than what they would of been a few years ago also.
3) Recycle your old garments – What I mean by this, is look into your wardrobe and start putting some looks together. Implement summer pieces into winter looks, but just focus on layering to create warmth. Trends always come back round, so something you bought 10 years ago now may be in trend. So make sure you always use everything you own, and don’t keep wanting the next best thing.
So stop creating debt on your credit cards and going overdrawn, buy sensibly and buy fashion on a budget easily with these 3 tips.
